They round down the prices, always add an extra passionfruit/nectarine/whatever, will give you six apples (instead of a kilo) if that's what you want, can tell you from where all the produce comes, will say 'not this week' if you've got your eye on a pineapple that's not as sweet as you might hope and will ask when you're planning to eat those mangoes - so they can gauge what level of ripeness to give you.
